Question: How many guests can you have in the pool area?
Every household is allowed up to 4 guests. If you reserve a
pool table for the day, you get an additional 5 guest wrist bands with the
reservation.
Question: Are all one bedrooms on the lower level?
Yes, all of the 1-bedroom homes at H2O Lofts will be on the
lower level below the 2 bedrooms.
Question: Do all of the 1 and 2-bedroom units have Bypass
doors?
No, buildings 16-19 won’t have the bypass door. The
1-bedrooms in buildings 16-19 will have an extra closet/pantry in place of the
bypass door. The 2 bedrooms in buildings 16-19 will have an extra coat closet.
Question: What floorplans have a patio?
Our 2-bedroom FlexGen floorplan is the only one with a patio
space. It is off the master bedroom.
Question: Are the homes all ran off gas and electric?
No, our 1 bedrooms run off electric only (no gas), the 2, 3,
and 4 bedrooms will run off both gas and electric.
Question: How late are amenities open?
9 am-10 pm
Monday-Sunday, Gym 24 hours
Question: When do you open your pool/hot tub for the
season?
We have a year-round permit, so we can open and close it
whenever the weather permits, usually between May-September. The hot tub is
open year-round.
Question: How long can you park in guest parking stalls?
H2O Lofts have a 48-hour time limit on guest parking stalls.
Question: How are packages delivered?
If they come from USPS normally, they go into the residents’
mailboxes unless to large, then those will go to the front door. With all other
package carriers, those go to the residents’ front door.
Question: Can you fish in the lake next door?
Yes!
Question: What options do you have for EV charging at H2O
Lofts?
We have two EV guest spots up by the front office that are
first come first serve, and only for vehicles currently charging or it will be
subject to tow. Those are guest stalls and still have a 48 hour time limit as
well. If you apply for a home with a garage, all the garages at H2O Lofts come
with an 220V EV charging outlet, you would just need to supply the charger and
anything else needed for charging.
